理工科大学辅导员队伍建设的实证研究

摘　　要：当前理工科高校辅导员的思想政治教育工作面临着诸多难题。为了正确把握当前理工科高校辅导员思想政治教育工作状况,通过自编问卷,量化研究和定性研究相结合的方法,对M理工科大学辅导员队伍的基本情况、思想政治教育的认知情况、实施情况和考核情况分别进行了研究。调查中发现了该理工科大学辅导员缺少相应的学科支撑,培训效果不佳,管理形式单一等方面的问题,这启发我们在今后的管理中要改善辅导员队伍结构,并采取多样化的培训形式,进行多渠道的思想政治教育,切实提高辅导员队伍的待遇,共同实现高校教书育人的目标。College counselors are students＇ mentors. Their ideological and political education work is directly re- lated to the cultivation of socialist college students, and they may have many difficulties on the work in science and engi- neering college. In order to correctly grasp the ideological and political education work of college counselors, we devel- opeda questionnaire and adopt quantitative and qualitative research method to investigate M science and engineering Uni- versity Counselors＇ ideological and political education work on the basic situation, cognitive situation, implement and as- sessment situation. In the investigation, we find they have many problems, such as lacking of corresponding subject background, training effect is not good, and management form is unitary. This inspires us to improve the composition of counselors, take a variety of training from and education, improve treatments of counselors to achieve the goal of educat- ing college students.
