摘  要:"做中学"和"双元制"是产教融合的理论来源,通过对高职院校产教深度融合人才培养专业设置与产业需求对接机制、共赢机制、长效保障机制的研究,进一步提出推进高职院校产教深度融合人才培养机制创新策略:制度层面的顶层设计、行业协会指导机制、科技价值与产业价值融合机制、校园文化和企业文化融合机制、产教融合定期联系机制,合力培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技能型人才。"Learning by doing" and "dual system" are theoretical sources of integration of production and education. Through the analysis of the docking mechanism of specialty setting and industry needs, the win-win mechanism and long-term guarantee mechanism of talents training by the deep integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges, the innovative strategies of talents training mechanism are proposed to promote the deep integration of production and education in higher vocational colleg- es: the top-level design of the institutional level, industry associations steering mechanisms, technological value and industrial value fusion mechanism, campus culture and corporate culture integration mechanism, the integration of production and education regular contact mechanism, to jointly cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and skilled talents.
