孟子的德性观与当代大学生的道德人格教育

摘  要:孟子是中国古代最早提出性善论的思想家,他的思想有着典型的德性形态。德性既是人类自然的倾向和共同倾向,又需要通过内修与外行的道德实践来得到认可和强化。将孟子的德性观融入到当代大学生的道德人格教育中,运用受教育者自身的自我内省与知行合一以及教育者的环境创设与言传身教,能更有效地改善当代大学生的道德观,提升其思想道德素质,从而塑造其更为理想的道德人格。Mencius is the Chinese ancient thinker who firstly puts forward the theory of original goodness of human nature and his thought has the typical morphology of virtue.Virtue is the common tendency of human nature,but also needs to recognize and strengthen through self-cultivation and practice.By applying Mencius’ moral ethics into college students’ moral personality education,and through self-introspection and self-education of educatees and environment creation and teaching with words and deeds by educators,we can improve the contemporary college students’ moral values more effectively,enhance their ideological and moral qualities,as well as shape their ideal moral personality.
