摘  要:师资队伍转型既是新建本科院校转型发展的核心内容,也是其转型发展的核心动力。但一方面师资队伍建设本身存在结构性短缺,另一方面经济发展新常态对高校人才培养和师资队伍素质提出了新要求。必须通过深化改革,不断提升教师应用型人才培养和产学研合作的两个核心能力,形成六位一体的建设体系,加快建立一支满足应用型人才培养需求的"双能型"师资队伍。The transformation of the teaching staff is not only the core content of the transformation of newly built undergraduate colleges and universities, but also the core of the transformation. On the one hand, the construction of the teaching staff has a structural shortage, and the new norm of economic development has imposed new requirements on the cultivation of talents and qualified teachers. The newly built undergraduate colleges and universities must deepen reform, and constantly improve the two core competencies, including the application oriented personnel training and cooperation with enterprises, which accelerate the establishment of a practical talent to meet the needs of the two types of teachers by establishing an overall construction system.
