护生临床实习工作调查分析

摘　　要：通过对江苏省内20所实习医院分管护生实习工作的领导、护理部主任、实习带教老师,以及正在实习的学生组长进行问卷调查、个别访谈、召开座谈会,分析了当前护生实习工作中存在的问题及其产生原因。要做好护生实习工作,应防患于未然,做好实习前系列讲座;因势利导,提高护生自身素质;高度重视,强化实习教学意识;提高实习护生生活质量;持之以恒,深入开展医德医风教育。The paper compiled the questionnaires and undertook the investigation in 20 hospitals in Jiangsu province which accept nursing internship. The respondents include the leaders in charge of nursing internship, the director of nursing department, nursing practice teachers and the student group leaders. The forms of investigation include questionnaires, interviews and meetings. The investigation analyzes the existing problems and causes in the nursing internship practice, and puts forward suggestions that first, before the internship, a series of lectures should be given to prepare the students to nip in the bud; second, the nursing students＂ own quality should be improved with proper guidance in the light of its general trend; third, great importance should be attached to strengthen the practice teaching consciousness; and at last, the life quality of nursing students should be improved and the medical ethics education should be carried on continuously.
