摘　　要：高职院校单招生具有生源的多样性和自身素质的特殊性,当前学校的教育管理方法并不完全适应单独招生的学生.为此,在教育管理中应搞好顶层设计,健全教育管理体系;尊重学生个体,强化教育效果;抓好班级建设,营造良好的学习环境;搭建锻炼舞台,开展丰富多彩的活动.Vocational college students who are enrolled through separate admissions enjoy peculiarity and diversity, while the college management may not be appropriate. Therefore, efforts should be made for the management to maintain the top-level design, improve the education management system, and strengthen the individualistic management.
