摘 要:胰腺癌是恶性程度最高的消化系统肿瘤,由于早期诊断困难、手术切除率低及对放化疗的不敏感,患者预后极差。胰腺癌动物模型模拟胰腺癌的发生、发展过程,是探索其关键分子机制、早期诊断方法和改善治疗策略的重要工具,可大致分为致癌物诱导型、移植型和转基因工程型等3类。本文拟对常用胰腺癌动物模型的建立方法、特点及其应用的现状与进展作一综述。Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the worst digestive malignancies. The prognosis of this disease remains dismal since the facts that it is difficuh to be diagnosed in early stage, has a low rate of surgical resection, and is not sensitive to conventional chemoradiotherapy. Establishment of animal models is one of the key tools for studying the carcinogenesis and development, understanding the molecular mechanisms, developing early diagnostic modalities and more effective therapeutics of this disease. The animal models of PDAC can be achieved by carcinogen - inducing, tumor transplantation, and genetic engineering methods. This article explores the research status and progression of these approaches to animal modeling of PDAC.
