摘  要:简述了参与硝化反硝化过程的微生物类型及其影响因素,指出湖泊中底栖动物提高了沉积物中氨氧化菌的丰度,加快了沉积物和上覆水反硝化过程,同时底栖动物的肠道也是反硝化场所并释放N2O。研究淡水湖泊中硝化反硝化微生物群落结构组成及多样性,阐述硝化反硝化的分子生物学机制,探索底栖动物对参与氮循环微生物群落结构与功能影响。Types and influence factors of microbe which take part in the nitrification and denitrification processes are resumed. It is pointed out that benthonic animals in lakes increase the abundance of ammonia oxidizing bacteria in sediments and accelerate the denitrification process in sediments and overlying water. Meanwhile, the intestines of benthonic animals are also the room of denitrification and release N2O. The structure and diversity of microbe community which take part in the nitrification and denitrification processes are studied. Molecular biology mechanism of nitrification and denitrification is stated. Impacts of benthonic animals on structure and function of microbe community which play role in the nitrification and denitrification processes were also explored.
