摘　　要：师范生教学技能是师范生的核心执教能力。基于近年来玉林师范学院体育师范生教学技能培养的实践,研究了应用型定位下地方院校体育师范生教学技能培养的困境与对策。研究认为应用型定位下地方院校体育师范生教学技能培养面临角色认知与动力迷失、课程建设滞后、指导乏力、实践不足等困境,提出了加强认知引导、革新课程与教学、提升团队指导、强化校内实训、优化教育实习等相应的对策与措施。Teaching abilities are critical to teacher -oriented students. The authors, based on years of experience in Yulin Normal College, mainly focus on the perplexity and solutions to the cultivation of teacher- oriented physical education majors＇teaching skills in hwal colleges. The current obstacles include students＇loss in role perception, lack of motivation, guidance and practice, backwardness of eun＇iculum development, etc. Accordingly, relevant countermeasures are put forward for these problems.
