摘 要:目的建立同时测定食品中ca、Fe、K、Na、Cu、Mn、Zn、Mg、Ni、Sr、Cr、Cd、Co共13种元素的分析方法。方法食品样品中加入硝酸和双氧水,采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,用超纯水将消解液定容或定重至25mL(g)后,直接采用微波等离子体发射光谱仪进行分析。结果各种元素标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.9999,检出限在0.04~3.90μg/kg,加标回收率在89.8%-110.4%,RSD在1.33%~3.85%。采用该方法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定标准参考物质Nist1549(奶粉)、Nist1567(小麦粉)、Nist1568(大米粉)、Nist1570(菠菜叶)、GBW08501(桃叶)和GBW10051(猪肝)中的多元素,测定值均与参考值吻合,结果准确可信。结论该方法线性范围宽,灵敏度和检出限理想,准确、高效、环保,运行成本低,样品消耗量小。Objective (Ca, using were (g), Fe,K,microwa digested Nay ve p A novel method for quantitative analysis of multi-elements Cu, Mn, Zn, Mg, Ni, Sr, Cr, Cd and Co) in food was established by lasma-atomic emission spectrometry (MP-AES). Methods Samples HNO3 and H202 followed by dilution with ultrapure water to 25 mL and then analyzed directly by MP-AES. Results In the optimal conditions, the linear calibration curve was established for each element, and the linear regression correlation coefficient was more than 0. 9999. The limit of detection (LOD) of thesemulti-elements varied from 0. 89.8% and 110.4%. The 04 μg/kg to 3.90 μg/kg. The relative standard deviation of spiked recovery was between precision measurement was between 1.33% and 3.85%. The accurate and reliable results were obtained for validation of the MP-AES method with food reference material according to the standard reference materials (Nist 1549, Nist 1567, Nist 1568 and Nist 1570) and national standard (GBW08501 and GBW10051 ) , and the measured values were in good agreement with the certified values. Conclusion The established method is accurate, simple, fast,reproducible and environmentally friendly.
