摘 要:原有混合油碟式汽提塔下塔体空间结构太小易发生结垢且结垢后无法清理,结垢后碟盘组难以从中心轴上拆卸而无法清理,单孔直接蒸汽喷嘴的表面积小,喷射阻力大压力高,喷射蒸汽量不足,从而出现浸出毛油残溶高等问题,严重影响正常生产及生产成本,因此对汽提塔的下塔体、塔体中间段、碟盘组的装配结构、单孔直接蒸汽喷嘴进行了改进设计。结果表明,通过全面的改进和实践不仅清理很方便,而且汽提效果有了很大的提高,浸出毛油残溶由97 mg/kg以上降到56 mg/kg以下,明显地降低了溶耗和成本。The space structure of under body of original miscella dish stripper is too small so fouling easily occurs, and it is hard to clean up. At the same time, it is difficuh to take the fouling dish group apart from the central axis to clean up. The surface area of monoporate direct steam nozzle is small with high injection resistance and pressure, and the injection steam is insufficient, thus the problems such as high residual solvent of leached oil occur, which seriously affect the normal production and production cost. So the under body, the middle section, the assembly structure of the dish group and the monoporate direct steam nozzle of the stripper were improved. The results showed that through comprehensive improvement and practice, the stripper was very convenient to clean, the stripping effect enhanced obviously, and the residual solvent content of leached oil decreased from above 97 mg/kg to below 56 mg/kg, so the solvent consumption and cost were significantly reduced.
