摘 要:目的评价中国传统健身运动对老年人睡眠质量的影响。方法检索Pub Med、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆、CINAHL、Scopus、Psyc INFO、VIP和CNKI等资源,收集老年睡眠障碍患者中国传统健身运动干预的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2014年9月。采用Rav Man 5.2软件进行统计处理。结果共纳入文献12篇。Meta分析显示,太极和气功能改善老年睡眠障碍患者的总体睡眠质量[随机效应模型,WMD=-2.12,95%CI(-3.08,-1.16),P<0.001],提高主观睡眠质量、睡眠效率,缩短入睡时间,减轻睡眠障碍和催眠药物使用,而且有助于改善焦虑水平[固定效应模型,SMD=-0.73,95%CI(-1.07,-0.39),P<0.001)]。结论传统健身运动能够改善老年人的睡眠总体质量,减轻焦虑情绪水平,但对睡眠时间和日间功能障碍等指标无明显改善。Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional exercises on sleep quality in older adults. Methods We searched databases such as PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,C1NAHL,VIP and CNKI(through 1950 to March 2014) for randomized controlled trials. Two researchers independently extracted data and evaluated the quality of each article. Meta-analysis was conducted to examine the pooled effect of MMI on sleep quality compared to the control groups. Results A total of 13 RCTs were included. The results of recta-analysis showed that traditional exercises significantly improved PSQI global scores [WMD=-1.38,95%CI (-2.75,-1.22),P〈0.001] ,subjective sleep quality, sleep efficiency,and decreased sleep latency,sleep disturbance and usage of sleep medication,and ameliorated anxiety status[SMD=-1.73,95%Cl(-1.07,-1.39),P〈1.O01)]. Conclusion Traditional exercises are efficacious in improving global sleep quality and anxiety status,but cannot significant improve sleep duration and daytime function.
