摘 要:目的探讨对全科医师培训学员掌握CPR基础知识和操作技能的有效方法。方法依据学号将128名学员分为奇数与偶数两组,奇数组采用大课讲授继之分组演练的教学方式,简称传统教学组;偶数组在传统教学模式基础上,增加随堂技能考核和纠错环节,简称教考结合组;比较两组结业时对CPR基础知识和操作技能的掌握情况。结果两组学员在年龄及工作年限等方面比较差异无统计学意义;教考结合组学员知识点的掌握得分、技能考核成绩及一次性通过率三项均明显优于传统教学组(P〈0.05)。结论教考结合的教学方法更有利于全科医师培训学员掌握CPR技能。Objective To explore the more effective teaching method in training general practitioners with the basic knowledge and operational skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods 128 general practitioners were assigned to one of the odd and even number groups based on their student number. The odd number group, referred to as traditional teaching group, accepted the traditional teaching style with an initial lecture and then practiced in sub - groups, while the even number group received an additional skills assessment and corrective feedback on the basis of the traditional teaching mode, so named as teaching followed by test group. To assess the impacts of the modified teaching style on the CPR training effects, the mastery of basic knowledge and the operation skills of CPR were compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistical difference of the age and working life between two groups ; the teaching followed by test group was better than the traditional teaching group with respect to the mastery of knowledge, skills assessment scores and one - time passed rate ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The method of teaching combined with examination appears to be more advantageous to promote the general practitioners mastering the basic knowledge and operating essentials of CPR.
