摘　　要：通过对"95后"学生的成长环境及医学新生的典型问题提出养成教育的重要性,并提出医学大学新生的养成教育的目标,最后提出要从加强对班干部的管理、加强对全体学生的管理、加强对其学业要求和加强对其专业认同这四个方面来完成医学新生的养成教育工作。Through the analysis of post-95s students＇ growth environment and the typical problems of medical students, the paper puts forward the importance of education, and puts forward the goal of medical college students. Finally, we should strengthen the management of the class cadre, strengthen the management of the students, strengthen the academic requirements and strengthen the students＇ professional identity.
