摘　　要：以液力变矩器的装配为研究对象,为改善装配车间的管理水平,在分析了目前装配车间的管理缺陷的基础上,设计出了基础数据管理、生产管理、质量管理和系统维护管理等MES系统功能模块,并搭建了装配生产MES的体系架构,从而为MES系统的实施做好准备。By taking the hydraulic torque converter assembly as the research object,aimed to improve the management ability of assembly shop with baisis of analyzing the current management defects of assembly shop,the function modules were designed which included basic data management,production management,quality management and system maintenance management of MES system. Finally the framework of MES system of assembly production was built,which serves for the implemation of the system.
