摘  要:农村学前教育供给问题是当前我国教育体制改革中备受关注的问题。在"以县为主"的学前教育管理体制下,为解决农村地区"入园难"问题,一些县区进行了有益探索,取得了一些具有可借鉴性的经验,但我国县区农村学前教育整体供给的制度效率、分配效率和技术效率还很低,导致供给能力不足和供给质量低下。分析当前我国县区农村学前教育供给的有益探索和现实困境有着十分重要的意义,可以为不同县区构建有效的学前教育供给体系提供重要启示。The supply of rural pre-school education is a noticeable issue during the current reform of Chinese education system and the transformation of government function. Under the "county-centered" management system of pre-school education, in order to solve the problem of kindergarten crunch in rural areas, some counties did effective explorations based on their actual situation and obtained some helpful experience. However, the overall supply of our rural pre-school education is inefficient in the system, allocation and technique, which result in the insufficient supply capacity and the poor quality of supply. It is of great significance to analyze the useful experience and existing disadvantages in the current supply of rural pre-school education. This analysis can provide important enlightenment for different counties to build effective supply system of pre-school education.
