摘 要:本文以英国教育部2014年颁布的《早期基础阶段法定框架》和2008年日本文部科学省发布的《幼儿园教育要领》为蓝本,对两国学前课程目标进行比较。结果显示,当前两者所依据的基本原则及内容有很多共同点,但其含义、结构、课程领域划分和侧重的领域有所不同,领域目标和具体目标也有许多不同之处。总体而言,英国近年来比日本更注重根据时代的变化、科学的进步和社会的诉求,不断改革学前课程目标,提高学前教育质量。英国和日本当前的学前课程改革对我国具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage issued by British Department of Education and Kindergarten Education Guidelines issued by Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, this paper compares the preschool curriculum objectives between the two countries. The results suggest that the two 'guidelines' share some common points in the basic principles and contents. However, there are a lot of differences in meanings, framework, division of curriculum areas as well as the emphasized areas. Generally speaking, in recent years, Britain has been paying more attention to reform and update preschool curriculum objectives to improve preschool education quality in accordance with the changes of the times, the advancement of science and the social requirements. The preschool curriculum reform in the U.K. and Japan could provide good reference for the reform in China.
