滨州市城乡教育一体化模式构建及对策探析

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,农村人口对教育有了更高的要求,这就引起了人们对农村教育问题的关注。新世纪以来,在新政策的指导下,农村教育虽然取得了一定的发展,但是与城市教育比较还有很大差距。滨州市市区,教育资源丰富,条件好,质量较高;而滨州市乡村,教育资源相对薄弱,教学条件差,投入经费不足,师资队伍弱,生源不均衡。文章针对滨州城乡教育的现状,提出了相应的问题,也在进一步的分析中论述了滨州市城乡教育一体化模式的构建。With social and economic development, rural population has proposed higher requirement as to education, which triggers people＇s attention on education. Since new century, under the guidance of new policy, rural education has experienced certain development. However, it is still with great difference with urban education. The educational resource in Binzhou urban area is rich with superior quality and excellent condition~ the rural educational resource is relatively weak with insufficient investment expense, less excellent teaching condition and facul- ties and unbalanced student source~ targeting at current educational situation in Binzhou, the thesis proposes corresponding problems and an- alyzes construction of urban--rural educational integration pattern.
