摘　　要："订单式"人才培养模式是高职院校人才培养模式改革的发展方向。以水产养殖技术专业为实验单位,在校企合作制定人才培养方案、利用校企双方资源共同培养和管理学生、加强师资队伍建设、改革学生的评价考核方式,以及针对岗位需求强化学生实践能力等方面,做了一些有意义的探索和尝试,力求对高职院校确立和实施"订单式"人才培养模式提供借鉴。＂Order＂ talents training mode is the development direction of talent training mode reform in higher vocational colleges. With aquaculture major as the experimental unit, it makes talent training scheme by colleges and enterprises, utilizes the resources of colleges and enterprises to train and manage students, strengthens the construction of teaching staff, reforms the evaluation methods of students and improves the practical ability focusing on post needs. The exploration and attempt in these aspects aims to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to establish and implement order talent training mode.
