摘　　要：梳理学生发展理论及实习相关实证研究发现,大学生实习与学生成长之间的关系是复杂的:投入实习并不对学习结果造成负面影响;实习质量对学业表现及学生发展具有积极作用。未来研究至少可以在两方面有所扩展:一是构建大学生实习与学生成长的适切性理论;二是验证个体-环境理论以外的学生发展理论对大学生实习问题的解释力。This article reviews student development theories, and relative empirical studies of internships. These studies show the complexity relation between internships and student development. First, internship en- gagement does not inevitably have a negative impact on academic performance. Second, internship quality is positively correlated to academic performance and student development. Also, two suggestions are provided for future research. First, proper theories focusing on the relation between internships and student development are needed. Second, more models from student development theories should be introduced to the empirical studies of student internships.
