轻度智力障碍儿童构音矫治个案研究

摘　　要：采用个案研究法,对1名3岁9个月的轻度智力障碍儿童进行构音矫治研究。采用前后测的方式,对个案的构音能力进行评估,观察个案的构音能力改善情况。结果表明,个案的口部运动功能和构音清晰度都得到了显著提升。构音训练的效果与以下几个因素有关:口肌训练与语音训练相结合、构音与认知训练相结合、找准个案构音障碍原因、遵循音位习得规律、选择趣味性游戏活动。Using the case study method to research the dysarthria therapy process on a 3-year-9-months-old mild mentally disability children. The study assessed the articulation function before and after treatment, observing the improvement of the articulation function. Results show that： the children＇s oral motor function and articulation definition improved significantly. Conclusion： the articulation training effect is related to several factors： oral motor training with articulation training, articulation training with cognitive training, finding out the real reasons of dysarthria, following the rules of phonological acquisition, and chooseing the interesting games.
