摘  要:成人高等教育课程考核是检测教与学效果、教育质量的主要指标。因此,办好成人高等教育,必须重视考核环节。针对目前考核方式单一,以闭卷形式为主,内容突出识记,考核时间缺乏灵活性,考风考纪有待改进等诸多问题,必须转变观念,创新考核形式、方法和内容,健全考核机制,提高教学和管理人员的整体素质,从而探寻一条遵循成人高等教育规律且科学可行的途径,有效实现教育的本质,不断引导和培养成人学生自主学习及综合应用等方面的能力,使学生在工作岗位中做到学以致用,更好发挥其才能。The course examination reform of adult higher education is the main index to detect the effect of teaching and the quality of education.So we must pay more attention to the examination links for good adult higher education. For many problems, such as the single examination method, common closed- book examination, contents of memory, inflexible examination time, confused examination habits or rules, we must change idea, innovate the forms, methods and contents of examination,improve the examination system ,improve the overall quality of teachers and administrative personnel.So we can find a scientific and feasible way to follow the law of adult higher education, realize nature of education effectively,continuously guide and develop the abilities of adult students such as autonomic learning,integrative application, and making students to use their knowledge and talents better in the jobs.
