生物活性肽的抗癌作用及其作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：作为天然多肽类物质之一,生物活性肽目前倍受各行各业的专家等科研人员的关注。研究发现众多具有抗癌活性的生物活性肽的抗癌机制并不相同,包括诱导凋亡、诱导细胞周期停滞、抑制血管生成、抑制肿瘤干细胞、抗增殖、抗氧化等等。本文将详细叙述近几年研究发现的具有抗癌活性的生物活性肽及其作用机制。As one of natural peptides material,bioactive peptide is highly the attention of experts and researchers from all walks of life. Numerous studies found that many of its antitumor activity of anticancer mechanism of bioactive peptides are not the same,including the induction of apoptosis,the stagnation of induction of cell cycle,inhibit angiogenesis,inhibiting tumor stem cells,anti-proliferative,antioxidant and so on. This paper will detail the results of studies in recent years that the anti-cancer activity of bioactive peptides and its mechanism of action.
