摘　　要：衡阳是一座具有两千多年历史的文化名城,有着丰富的人文历史,为美术创作提供了无尽题材和资源。但是,目前衡阳人文历史题材美术创作呈现散乱的状态,还没有形成规模。美术创作不仅是文化传承的重要手段,在提升人民的思想道德修养和精神需求的同时也会促进区域经济的发展;在当今社会,经济发展离不开文化教育,美术创作作为文化建设中的重要组成部分,它对衡阳经济的发展也提供了应有的动力;因此,衡阳市大力提倡人文历史题材的美术创作是十分必要的。Hengyang is a famous cultural city with more than 2000 years of history.It has rich history of humanities which provided endless themes and resources for artistic creation.However,at present,the artistic creation with Hengyang cultural history as the themes is in a scattering situation and the scale is not formed.The artistic creation is not only an important means of cultural heritage,but also will promote the development of the regional economy while upgrading people＇s moral cultivation and spirit needs.In today＇s society,the economic development is indispensable to cultural education.As an important part of cultural construction,the artistic creation has also provided power for the development of Hengyang＇s economy.Therefore,it is necessary for Hengyang City to advocate the artistic creation with Hengyang cultural history as the themes.
