摘 要:绩效管理是企业实现战略目标,进行管理提升和开发入力资源必不可少的管理机制。通过分析建立绩效管理体系时容易陷入的误区,将绩效管理体系的建立原则总结为:循环管理、全员参与、联系实际、突出重点。然后以该原则为框架,逐一对绩效管理的各环节进行研究分析,探索建立有效绩效管理体系的方法。最后总结全文并得出绩效管理体系是一个和企业战略管理等其他管理体系相符相成的、动态循环的、全员参与的管理体系的结论。A performance management would be a necessary management mechanism of the coal enterprise to realize the strategic target,to practice the management upgrading and to develop the human resources.With an analysis on the misunderstanding easily made in the establishment of the performances management system,the establishment principles of the performances management system were summarized as the circulated management,full staff participated,linked with practices and outstanding focus.Then based on the principles as the framework,a study and analysis was conducted on each link of the performance management and a method to establish an effective performance management system was discovered.Finally the paper summarized that the performances management system obtained was a conclusion of an enterprise strategic management and other management system corresponding to the dynamic circulation,full staff participated management system.
