摘  要:为进一步比较不同品种南瓜β-胡萝卜素含量,试验采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定‘百蜜1号’、‘百蜜2号’、‘百蜜3号’等8个南瓜品种果肉中β-胡萝卜素的含量,测定结果中‘百蜜1号’的含量为29.4 mg/kg鲜重,‘百蜜2号’的含量为32.6 mg/kg鲜重,‘百蜜3号’的含量为28.7 mg/kg鲜重,‘甜蜜1号’的含量为22.9 mg/kg鲜重,‘改良蜜本’的含量为42.2 mg/kg,‘优丰蜜本’的含量为23.9 mg/kg鲜重,‘兴蔬大果蜜本’的含量为31.0 mg/kg鲜重,‘蜜本3号’的含量为25.0 mg/kg鲜重。结果表明,品种间β-胡萝卜素的含量有明显差异。In order to compare the β-carotene contents of different varieties of pumpkin fruit, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to determine the β-carotene contents of eight varieties of pumpkin fruit such as "Baimi no.1" , "Baimi no.2" , "Baimi no.3" and so on. The β-carotene contents of eight varieties of pumpkin fruit were 2.94 mg/100 g fresh weight, 3.26 mg/100 g fresh weight, 2.87 mg/100 g fresh weight, 2.29 mg/100 g fresh weight, 4.22 mg/100 g fresh weight, 2.39 mg/100 g fresh weight, 3.10 mg/100 g fresh weight, 2.50 mg/100 g fresh weight, respectively. The results show that there is significant difference of beta carotene in varieties.
