摘  要:研究目的:探讨中等强度的健美操训练和心理辅导共同干预对大一女生心理应激和一般自我效能感的影响。研究对象与方法:在自然实验条件下,以公共体育健美操班127名女大学新生为研究对象,对其进行12周不同运动强度、频率以及同一持续时间的健美操运动和心理辅导干预,采用配对样本t检验、重复测量、成对比较等方法测试实验前后被试的心理应激和一般自我效能感的变化。研究结果:(1)健美操联合心理辅导在生活、生活事件维度上对被试应对心理应激影响较为显著,在学习、负性事件和日常琐事维度上影响非常显著,另外,其对心理应激总分以及一般自我效能感也具有非常显著的影响;(2)健美操训练联合心理辅导在生活、发展、社交、生活事件、日常琐事维度以及总分上的得分显著低于单一的健美操运动或心理辅导。研究结论:中等强度健美操运动和心理辅导联合干预有益于缓解大一女生的心理应激并提高其一般自我效能,且效果显著优于单一的健美操运动或心理辅导。Research object: To study the female freshmen's psychological stress and the general self-efficacy under the aerobics moderate intensity training and psychological training. Research methods: Under the condition of natural experiment, 127 female freshmen from aerobics optional courses were chosen as the research subjects, and they were intervened by the aerobics training and psychological counseling of 12 weeks with different intensity and different frequency, also at the same period of time, the methods of paired sample t-test, repeated measurement and paired comparison etc. were adopted to measure the changes on the subjects psychological stress and the general self-efficacy during the test. Research results : ( 1 ) The influence of joint intervention to psychological stress on the dimension of life and life events was significant to some extent, the influence of joint intervention to psychological stress on the dimension of study, negative events and daily chores was very significant, meanwhile, the one on the aggregate score and psychological stress was also very significant. (2) The pairing comparison indices of joint intervention in the dimensions of life, development, social contact, life events, daily chores and aggregate score were lower than the ones of any independent intervention. Research conclusion: Joint intervention of moderate intensity aerobics training and psychological counseling were good for female freshmen to alleviate psychological pressure and it could improve the general self-efficacy, furthermore, the positive adjustment effect on the aspect of psychological pressure is significantly better than the one of dependent basketball training or psychological counseling.
