摘 要:为改善某车载初级电站液压调速系统的动态特性,提出加入PID校正的控制方法。论述泵控马达原理与PID校正原理并建立控制系统的传递函数,于Simulink环境下建立仿真模型,仿真得到其开环传递函数的伯德图以验证其稳定性,得到其阶跃响应曲线以验证其动态特性与准确性。对比结果表明其幅值裕度、相位裕度均调整至稳定范围内;调整时间、超调量、稳态误差大为缩减,验证了PID控制在液压调速系统中的控制效果。To improve the dynamic character of hydraulic speed control system of the primary power station in a car, a control method is proposed via PID control algorithm. The principle of pump controlling motor and PID control algorithm is introduced to establish the transfer function, and the simulation model under Simulink is established. Open-loop transfer function bode chats are obtained by simulation to validate the stability, while step response curve is obtained to validate the veracity and dynamic character. Magnitude margin and phase margin are adjusted into the stable scope according to the comparing result. Adjustment time, overshoot and steady state error are all optimized. The effect of PID control algorithm on hydraulic speed control system is validated in terms.
