摘　　要：目的 了解护士职业态度及职业倦怠的情况,分析职业态度对职业倦怠的影响. 方法 采用护士职业态度量表及护士职业倦怠量表对方便抽样的296名临床护士进行调查分析. 结果 护士职业态度水平处于中等水平,护士职业倦怠处于较高水平,职业态度及其3个维度与职业倦怠呈负相关,职业态度可以解释职业倦怠38. 0%的变异. 结论 护士职业态度对职业倦怠有预测作用,护理管理者要采取有效措施提高护士的职业态度水平,降低职业倦怠水平.Objective To investigate the situation of nurses＇ occupational attitude and job burnout, and ana-lyze the impact of nurses＇ occupational attitude on job burnout. Methods A total of 296 clinical nurses of convenient sampling were investigated with the nurses ＇ occupational attitude scale and the nurse job burnout scale. Results The nurses＇ occupational attitude was at a medium level, and job burnout was at a high level; occupational attitude and its three dimensions were negatively correlated with job burnout; occupational attitude could explain 38% variance of job burnout. Conclusions The nurses＇ occupational attitude can predict their job burnout. The nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the nurses＇ occupational attitude level and reduce their feeling of job burnout level.
