摘　　要：医学高等教育的目的是培养合格的实用型和技能型医学人才,临床实践教学是决定实用型医学人才质量的关键所在。因此,通过教师队伍的建设、技能培训、教学质量监控、严格管理制度等措施,建立一套完善的临床实践教学管理体系,加强教学管理,提高临床实践教学效果,保证临床实践教学的质量,才能培养出更多的合格的实用型医学人才。Higher medical education is to cultivate qualified practical and skilled medical personnel, and the clinical practice teaching is the key to determine the quality of practical medical talents. Therefore, through the construction of teacher team, skills training, teaching quality control, strict management system, the establishment of a sound clinical practice teaching management system to strengthen teaching management, improve the effect of clinical practice teaching, and ensure the quality of clinical practice teaching, in order to cultivate more qualified talents of practical medicine.
