摘　　要：本文在阐述西方学界对于文化遗产价值评估的研究现状基础上,提出目前国内的文化遗产的保护、规划与管理中亟需关于经济价值的科学正确评估。文化遗产的经济价值具有资源性,它是潜在的、可持续的和发展的。而科学、合理地运用跨学科、多元化的定量经济价值评估方法,是评估文化遗产经济价值、进而量化衡量文化遗产其他价值的重要助力之一。On the foundation of states about research of cultural heritage value assessment in western academia, this paper puts forward that economic value needs to be assessed correctly and professionally in domestic cultural heritage protection, planning and management.The economic value of cultural heritage is one kind of potential, sustainable and developing resource.which should be assessed quantitatively and in various interdisciplinary methodologies to help measure other heritage values.
