摘　　要：中国的未来发展,中华民族的伟大复兴,归根结底靠人才,人才培养的基础在教育。面向二十一世纪,高职学生应具备什么样的素质与能力?这是每个教育教学工作者必须认真思考和解决的问题。In order to future development of China,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we need talents,and the foundation of talents training is education. What kind of quality and capacity higher vocational students should have in the 21st century? This is a problem that educators must consider and solve seriously.
