摘  要:目前双汇集团生猪采购使用的是瘦肉率分级方式,而白条在市场售卖时按照膘厚指标进行分级,为促进采购和销售对接,研究瘦肉率和膘厚结合的双指标分级标准。经过市场的验证,双指标采购分级标准适合目前国内生猪品种,有利于公平交易,能够推动屠宰业品种改良。At present, lean rate grading manner was used to purchase live pig by Shineway Group While carcass sold in the market was graded by the fat thickness index meat. In order to promote the docking of purchase and sales, the dual index grading standard of lean rate combined with fat thickness was studied. According to the verification of market, the dual index grading domestic pig breeds. It was good for fair dealing. And it could promote ring industry standard was suitable for present breed improvement in slaughtering industry.
