摘　　要：研究、设计并成功应用一套玉米原料酒精生产污水零排放工艺,将酒精糟液经全蒸发浓缩生产DDGS饲料时产生的富含污染物的蒸发冷凝水用于前工序拌料,并综合使用间接蒸汽蒸馏、浓醪发酵、三效闪蒸等先进工艺技术减少污水产生量。新工艺应用后,外排废水中主要污染物CODcr由约100mg/L削减至约30mg/L,实现了环保达标排放,综合效益明显。A process for zero waste water drainage is studied, designed and successfully used in alcohol production from maize. The evaporated condensed water which contains a plenty of impurities produced from production of DDGS animal feeding material by fully evaporation and concentration of alcoholic liquor is to be used for blending of materials in the former procedures. Further on, some other advanced technical processes such as indirect steam distillation, fermentation of concentrated undecanted wine and 3- effect of flash distillation are applied comprehensively to reduce the amount of waste water. After the new process is applied, CODcr of the main impurities contained in the waste water to be drained is reduced greatly from 100mg/L to about 30mg/L, which can reach the requirement of the Regulations for environment protection and the comprehensive benefits are obvious.
