床垫弹簧层对7~11岁青少年卧姿脊柱形态的影响研究

摘　　要：本文以7~11岁青少年为研究对象,评价床垫的弹簧层刚度对卧姿脊柱形态的影响,从而对青少年弹簧床垫的设计提供理论依据。研究结果表明：硬度不适的床垫会使侧卧脊柱曲线弯曲。将床垫腰部区域单独分为一区,降低肩部床垫刚度,提高腰部床垫刚度,侧卧时人体脊柱曲线会趋于一条水平直线。7~11岁青少年仰卧时的腰背间隙小于成人,背臀下陷比大于成人。Taking 7 to 11 year olds teenagers as research objects,the influence of mattress spring on morphology of spinal in prone position was evaluated,which could provide the theory basis for the design of teenager spring mattress.The results show that the spine in lateral position will be flexed due to the uncomfortable hardness of the mattress.The spine in human body will maintain a straight level by partitioning the regions of mattress for lumbar into a separate section,reducing the hardness of the regions of mattress for shoulder,or improving the hardness of the regions of mattress for waist.The clearance between lumbar and mattress of 7 to 11 year olds teenagers is less than adults＇,whereas the subsidence ratio of back hip is more than adults＇.
