摘　　要：大学新生在适应大学生活中面临很多变化因素,因而也就存在着很多适应问题,其心理的适应问题最为突出。文章在大学新生心理适应问题的访谈过程中发现了诸如学习、生活、人际等方面的适应困难,也具体探讨出问题形成的原因,表现在学校、家庭与个体等方方面面,进而提出相关对策分析,以期待给高校新生教育工作提供一定的实证借鉴。Freshmen face many variables in adapting to university life,therefore, there is a lot of adjustment problems, the psychological adaptation of the most prominent.Articles found such as learning, living and interpersonal aspects of adaptation difficulties in Freshmen Psychological Adaptation of the interview process.It causes the formation of specific problems,performance in other schools, families and individual aspects, And then put forward relevant countermeasures,in looking forward to college freshmen education provide some empirical
