摘  要:针对火电厂主蒸汽温度控制系统的大迟延特性,传统的控制方法难以获得期望的控制要求,本文在分析模型驱动二自由度PID(MD-TDOF-PID)控制系统的结构和参数设计的基础上,将其应用于锅炉主蒸汽温度的控制系统,其中采用PD反馈改善主蒸汽温度对象大迟延特性,基于内模控制(IMC)原理设计主控制器。通过与传统PID控制、内模控制的仿真比较表明,MD-TDOF-PID具有快速的设定值跟踪能力和很强的鲁棒性,可以有效地提高系统的控制性能。The main steam temperature system of power plant boiler has obvious characteristics of large delay,so the conventional control methods are difficult to obtain the desired control performances.The structure design principle and parameter tuning methods of model-driven two-degree-of-freedom PID(MDTDOF-PID)were analyzed and applied to the main steam temperature control,in which the PD feedback compensator was used to improve the large delay of the main steam temperature and the main controller was designed by the internal model control(IMC).By comparing the MD-TDOF-PID control system with the conventional PID and the internal model control by simulation test,the experimental results show that the MD-TDOF-PID control system could quickly track the change of set point without overshoot,it had strong robustness,which can effectively improve the control performance of processes.
