摘  要:职业学校学生普遍个人素质不高:行为习惯差、好逸恶劳、厌学。作为职校教师,面临着学习成绩、考证通过率、就业率的多重压力,往往会产生职业倦怠。长期处于这种负面情绪之中,对于教师的身心健康、教书育人工作的开展都是极为不利的。那么,如何才能走出这样的状态呢?唯有以爱心教育给予学生鼓励和赞赏,换位思考,乐观面对压力才能使职校教师体会到职业幸福感,从而消除职业倦怠。The personal quality of vocational school students is generally poor: bad behaviors and habits, loving leisure and hating labor, and being weary of learning. Facing multiple pressures such as students' academic performance, pass rate of certificate and employment rate, vocational school teachers will often encounter job burnout. A constant state of these negative emotions is extremely detrimental to teachers' physical and psychological health and implementation of education. Then how can we overcome the state? To feel occupational well- being and eliminate job burnout, vocational school teachers should encourage and appreciate students with love education, think in students' position and optimistically face up to the pressures.
