摘 要:随着慕课的快速推进,给高校的课堂教学改革带来的新的机遇和挑战。这就要求管理者要搭建更高效的资源共享平台来促进课堂教学。教师需要重建课堂教学理念,确立新的教学目标,重新组织课堂教学过程并更加注重过程化、多元化的考核方式。与此同时,教师要做好由同一化培养到个性化培养的转变,由课堂教学到多平台教学的转变,由单行灌输到多向互动的转变,由人工教学管理方式向智能化教学管理方式转变。The rapid development of MOOC has brought new opportunities and challenges to college classroom teaching reform.This requires administrators to establish a more effective resource sharing platform to facilitate classroom teaching. Teachers should re- construct classroom teaching ideas, establish new teaching objectives, re- organize classroom teaching process, and pay more attention to process- based and diversified methods of evaluation.Meanwhile, teachers should transform identical cultivation to individualized cultivation, transform classroom teaching to multi- platform teaching, transform one- way infiltration to interaction,and transform artificial teaching management to intelligent teaching management.
