大学生心理健康教育队伍建设的现状与对策

摘　　要：大学生心理健康教育队伍是高校心理健康教育的核心力量和有力保障,大学生心理健康教育队伍建设工作迫切而必要。本研究对我国当前大学生心理健康教育队伍建设的现状进行探究,发现心理健康教育队伍建设中存在着职业耗竭普遍、专职教师自我成长缺乏、兼职人员专业素养不高的不足之处,并从全员育人、资源共享、专业培训三个方面提出培养对策,以期为大学生心理健康教育实践工作提供参考。The team for the psychological health education of university students is the core force and powerful guarantee for psychological health education in colleges and universities, so it is urgent and necessary to construct a team for the psychological health education of university students. This paper explored the current situation of the construction of a team for the psychological health education of university students and found the deficiencies in the process, including ubiquitous job burnout,full-time teachers’ lack of self-development and part-time teachers’ poor professional quality. Then the writer proposed the cultivation countermeasures from whole-staff education, resources sharing and professional training, hoping to provide a reference for the practice of psychological health education for university students.
