摘 要:目的探究PBL教学法在肝胆外科教学查房中的应用效果。方法选取2014、2015两年在我院学习的护理专科学员60名,并采用随机的方式将其分为PBL组与LBL组,每组30名。结果两组学生在客观题方面的对比(P>0.05);PBL组在主观题成绩与总成绩高于LBL组(P<0.05);PBL组学员对肝胆外科兴趣、自主学习能力、授课满意度、临床思维培养以及对肝胆外科知识点的掌握情况,高于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在肝胆外科教学查房中的应用效果显著,能够提高学生学习兴趣,强化理解记忆,提高自主学习能力与沟通能力,促进学生的临床思维能力的培养。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in the hepatobiliary surgery teaching ward round.Methods Selected 60 nursing college students who studied in 2014 and 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into PBL group and LBL group randomly,each group had 30 students.Results Two groups of students in the objective aspects of the contrast(P〉0.05),in the subjective item scores and grade of PBL group was higher than the LBL group(P〈0.05),The students' interest in hepatobiliary surgery,autonomous learning ability,teaching satisfaction,clinical thinking cultivation as well as to the hepatobiliary surgery knowledge,were higher in PBL group than that in LBL group(P〈0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method in the application of the hepatobiliary surgery teaching ward-round effect significantly,can improve the students' learning interest,strengthen the understanding of memory,improve autonomous learning ability and communication ability,also have promoting effect to the students' clinical thinking ability.
