摘  要:目的:探讨借助院内网络平台的PBL教学模式在神经病学本科实习带教中的应用.方法:选取温州医科大学附属第二医院2010级神经内科实习学生120人作为研究对象,随机分为基于院内网络的PBL教学组(实验组)和传统教学组(对照组),分别采用基于院内网络PBL教学方法和传统实习带教方法.实习带教结束后进行一次综合考核,记录考核成绩.比较基于院内网络PBL教学方法下学生成绩与传统教学方法下学生成绩.结果:采用基于院内网络的PBL教学模式方式后,学生学习主动性大大提高,实习考核成绩较传统方法明显提高(P<0.01).结论:"基于院内网络的PBL教学模式"方法在神经病学实习带教中成效良好,值得推广.AIM: To evaluate the application of the problembased learning teaching( PBL) method based on the hospital network in teaching of undergraduate interns majoring in neurology.METHODS: A total of 120 undergraduate interns majoring in neurology from grade 2010 were selected as research object and were randomly divided into two groups. Interns in the control group were taught by conventional method,and those in the observation group were taught by the PBL teaching method based on the hospital network. After the study,the interns were tested comprehensively. Test scores were recorded and compared. RESULTS:Students who accepted PBL teaching model showed more enthusiasm in study and got higher scores in the test than those who were taught by conventional method(P〈0.01). CONCLUSION:The PBL teaching model based on the hospital network has favorable effect in undergraduate interns majoring in neurology and is worthy of spreading.
