A Study on the Structure of Teachers' Teaching Expertise and Its Measurement

摘  要:基于前期的文献和理论分析、常人方法学研究、关键事件访谈、扎根理论研究,发现教学专长由知识结构、教学能力和专业发展能动性三个方面构成,并编制了中小学教师教学专长量表。采用分层整群抽样对两省各一市的40所中小学校的教师进行调查。对调查数据的验证性因素分析结果显示,教师专长的三维结构模型各项拟合指数均达到良好指标要求,各维度及总量表的信度均在0.80以上。教师专长的三维结构得到了实证数据的支持。教学专长量表能够有效区分新手教师和专家教师。Based on the literature and theoretical analysis,ordinary man methodology,critical incidents interviews,and grounded theory study,we found that the teaching expertise is constituted of three dimensions which include the structure of knowledge,teaching ability and professional development agency. Teacher teaching expertise scale in primary and secondary schools was developed. Using stratified cluster sampling method,40 primary and middle school teachers coming from two cities of two provinces were investigated. Confirmatory factor analysis results of the survey data shows,the fit index of the three-dimensional structure model of teaching expertise are up to good index requirements,each dimension and total scale reliability was more than 0. 80. The three-dimensional structure of the teaching expertise got empirical data support. Teaching expertise scale can effectively distinguish between novice teachers and expert teachers.
