摘　　要：创新人才的培养需要高校、企业以及政府共同努力,高等人才培养的核心在于创新实践能力的提升,既要科学引领,又能造福于民,本文结合加州伯克利分校科学研究的做法和特点,深入剖析了我国高等教育当前面临的问题和发展方向。Cultivation of innovative talents needs the joint efforts of colleges and universities, companies and the government. The core issue of talents cultivation is enhancing the ability of innovation practice which is science-ori- ented and beneficial to people. Combined with the science research methods and characteristics from the University of California Berkeley, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the problems and the direction of higher education de- velopment in our country.
