摘　　要："思想道德修养与法律基础"课(以下正文简称"基础课")是一门具有较高思想教育意义的课程,对大学生的社会主义价值观培养及法律道德意识强化有着至关重要的作用。基于此,本文在阐述研讨式教学法应用于思想道德修养与法律基础"教学重要意义的基础上,探讨了其具体应用过程,并指出其中需注意的问题,意在提升高校思想道德修养与法律基础"课的整体教学水平。As a course with a higher sense of ideological education for college students, Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis （ hereinafter called the ＂basic course＂ in the text ）has played an important part in cul- tivating the socialist values and enhancing the legal and moral consciousness. Based on illustrating the seminar-style teaching method applied in Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis,the article discusses its specific appli- cation process, and points out the problems in it in order to improve the overall education on Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis.
