摘　　要：盾构隧道自动化健康监测与传统人工巡检记录的数据结构不同,导致传统的评价模型无法正确对盾构隧道的健康状态做出评价。针对盾构隧道健康监测的典型传感器布置形式,提出了一类专用的模糊层次分析综合评价模型:新建了健康监测数据的6层指标评价体系;分别建立了对应的分层模糊因子集、评价集、权重集与隶属函数;构建了形式简洁的模糊综合算子,实现了对单类监测因子、单个监测管片、单个监测环以及隧道全线健康状态的分级模糊综合评价。以南京长江隧道左线为例,运用所提出的模型,对运营期内该隧道的健康状态进行了分级评价,通过对各级综合评价值的分析,确定出隧道健康状态的控制因子位于江心监测断面拱底迎水面位置,影响控制因子的主要因素则包括地质条件与管片布置形式。本模型易于集成,有望实现盾构隧道健康状态的快速定量评价及对隧道运营维护的智能化管理。The data structure of measurements from automatic health monitoring and traditional manual inspection of shield tunnels are quite different,meaning a discrepancy exists in their evaluation models for shield tunnel health state.In this paper,a kind of specific fuzzy analytic hierarchy process comprehensive evaluation models was proposed in light of the typical sensor arrangement configuration of shield tunnel health monitoring.A six-layered hierarchy index evaluation system was newly established,as well as the corresponding hierarchic fuzzy factor set,evaluation set,weight set and membership functions.Moreover,based on the Cask Principle,concise fuzzy comprehensive operators were constructed to evaluate the hierarchic health state of a single kind of monitoring factor,a segment,a ring and a whole tunnel ling.Taking the left line of Nanjing Yangtze River tunnel as an example,the proposed model was employed to hierarchically evaluate the health state of the tunnel in operation period.By analyzing the comprehensive evaluation values in each layer,the control factor of the tunnel health state,influenced mainly by the geological conditions and the segment layout,is identified to be on the water face at the bottom of the ring in the middle of the river.The proposed model is easy to be integrated and hopeful to the smart administration of the tunnel maintenance in operation.
