不同认知语境下词汇概念搭配建构的认知理据研究——基于商务英语和普通英语语料库的“PREJUDICE”个案研究

摘　　要：鉴于商务英语和普通英语不同的认知语境下,同一中心词表征存在不同的词汇概念搭配现象,本文讨论了同一中心词表征在不同认知语境下进行概念搭配建构的基本理论框架。为了进一步说明此理论框架,本文以两个自建的商务语料库(REACH和NAFTA)和一个网络在线的普通英语语料库(Internet Corpora)为基础,针对商务英语和普通英语的不同认知语境,对"PREJUDICE"进行个案实证研究。研究表明,在REACH法规、NAFTA贸易协定,以及普通英语的不同认知语境下,"PREJUDICE"不仅在其本身突显不同的概念表征,而且还会选择相应不同认知突显的搭配词概念进行搭配建构。In the burgeoning cognitive linguistic research, lexical meaning is viewed as the conceptual representation in lexical form. Accordingly, the cognitive construction of lexical collocation can be interpreted as the conceptualization of the collocational structure, i.e. the conceptual integration of node word and collocates. A host of special lexical conceptual collocations can be found in Business English for its special cognitive contexts, such as negotiation, agreement, correspondence, contract, and regulation, etc. In this paper, we focus on the different lexical conceptual collocations in the different cognitive contexts of Business English and General English. We first elaborate on the cognitive theoretical account for the different conceptual collocational constructions of the same node presentation in the different cognitive contexts. Then we develop a case study of＂PREJUDICE＂, based on two corpora of ＂REACH＂ and ＂NAFTA＂ in Business English, as well as ＂Internet Corpora＂ in General English. The findings suggest that in the different cognitive contexts of Business English and General English, ＂PREJUDICE＂ will not only project different salient concepts in itself, but also match different salient concepts of collocates in their eollocational constructions.
