摘  要:干部队伍建设作为高校党建工作的重要组成部分,为高校稳定发展奠定了政治基础。桂林理工大学在加强处级干部队伍建设方面不断探索,针对目前干部结构、干部的综合素质和履职能力、干部培训体系、干部激励机制等方面存在的问题,提出加强干部队伍建设的对策:强化规划意识、明确用人导向、完善培训体系和加强制度建设。As an important part of the Party-building in universities, team improvement of leaders lays a political foundation for the stable development of higher education. Guilin University of Technology has explored in the enhancement of the department cadres' teamwork, and with regard to the problems of their structure, comprehensive qualities, abilities to perform their duties, training system and incentive mechanism; measures are put forward for team development as follows: strengthening awareness of planning; clarifying personnel selecting orientation; perfecting training system and concentrating on institutional improvement.
