全面理解道德教育本质与核心价值观的培育

摘　　要：道德教育活动根源于人与人之间的物质生产生活关系,在阶级社会具有鲜明的阶级教育和政治教育功能,具有历史共时性、社会普遍性特征,需要在社会实践活动中能动地展开。展开道德教育活动有利于争取和培育致力于社会进步的力量。我们应全面而不是片面地理解道德教育,特别是不能简单地把道德教育的主客体单纯地理解成基于经济关系而界定下来的"阶级的人",把道德教育的目的单一地理解为是为政治和革命而服务的政治教育,把道德教育的内容呆板地理解为对单一马克思主义的理论灌输。在展开道德教育活动过程中,尤其要突出"现实的个人"是道德教育活动根本出发点的主旨。社会主义核心价值观的培育也要深刻理解马克思恩格斯关于道德教育本质的思考,特别是要抓住"现实的个人"这一基本出发点,从宏观和微观两个视角看待社会的对象个体,充分考虑到个体的生活情境和个性因素,通过制度的完善和社会道德环境的改善构筑核心价值观的系统工程,引领人们逐渐养成新时期的社会主义核心价值观。Moral education activity is rooted in the production and life of people. In class societies, it has a distinct class education and political education function. It has a history of common time and social uni- versality. It needs to be carried out in social practice. We should fully understand the moral education, especially not simply think that the subject and object of moral education is the ＂class＂ defined by the e- conomic relations, that the purpose of moral education is a simple understanding of the political education and service for the political education and that the content of moral education is mechanically understood as a single Marx doctrine. In the process of developing moral education, we should especially highlight the ＂realistic individual＂ is the main purpose of moral education. Moral education should be and must be started from the ＂realistic individual ＂In socialist core value education for the current, it should be star- ted from ＂realistic individual＂ ： such as looking for social individual object with fully consideration of life situation and personality factors; to improve the social environment that combines social moral govern- ance; priority should be given to the following party members and cadres and youth ideological and moral education work.
