摘  要:采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测羊乳中表皮生长因子(EGF)浓度及变化规律。结果表明:关中奶山羊所产羊乳中EGF浓度最高(P〈0.05);对于不同泌乳期的羊乳,产羔后30-90 d时EGF浓度显著高于120-210 d(P〈0.05);挤奶间隔对乳中EGF浓度无显著性影响;奶山羊日泌乳量越小,羊乳中EGF浓度越高;奶山羊在产羔后2-5胎的羊乳中EGF浓度显著高于产羔后第1胎和第6、7胎的浓度(P〈0.05)。因此,在开发富含EGF的功能性羊奶产品时,可收集泌乳期为30-90 d,挤奶间隔为12 h,日泌乳量小,2-5胎的关中奶山羊乳样。The concentrations of epidermal growth factor( EGF) in goat milk were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) to investigate their variation. The results showed that the EGF concentration in Guanzhong goat milk was the highest( P〈0. 05). For different stages of lactation,the levels of EGF in 30 - 90 days after delivery were significantly higher than 120 - 210 days( P〈0. 05). Milking intervals had no significant effect on EGF concentrations. The concentrations of EGF increased with lower milk yields. The concentrations of EGF from second to fifth baby were strikingly higher than others( P〈0. 05). Therefore,in order to obtain rich EGF goat milk,we can collect lactation for 30 - 90 days,every 12 h at lower daily milk yield,from 2nd - 5th baby goats in Guanzhong.
